The client wanted to update her kitchen and living room, ensuring the space flowed better between these 2 rooms and to create a much-needed utility room. To achieve this, we took out a beam, replaced the dark Spanish colonial style kitchen with a bright modern equivalent with clean lines and unusual pearlescent glass splashback. The utility room was cleverly created from an under-used cupboard that was extended to incorporate the laundry appliances and hidden behind a bespoke floor-to-ceiling pocket door.

“Structural changes that transform spaces like these into
light 'n' airy and, most importantly, functional living areas.”
