N21 This client wanted to transform the existing kitchen, living room and conservatory to a more open plan living and kitchen area, in keeping with the lifestyle and needs of their growing family. Walls were pulled down and the kitchen re-positioned in the enlarged room. The dated kitchen was replaced with modern handleless units and a large island created for entertaining and casual dining. The doors between other rooms were removed to add to the open plan feeling. The dark conservatory was transformed to a more modern equivalent by painting it a brighter colour and the leaded glass hidden behind co-ordinating Roman blinds. New flooring was installed throughout the ground floor harmonising the flow from one area to the next and new furniture and lighting completed the look in this family home.
